Before inquiry, please note that nightly rental rates start at $6,000 per night. Rentals are subject to a 10% Bahamian VAT tax. On days where the power boat is used, there is a charge of $750/day for the licensed captain to operate plus fuel. A staff gratuity of 10-20% for exceptional service is customary. There is no charge for use of our vehicles, airport pickup and drop-off, or the stocking of provisions for your stay. Sandy Blue is first and foremost a family home, and we look forward to welcoming guests of the highest character and conduct.
